Epcot Festivals
Disney loves it’s festivals, so much so that they happen almost year round at this point in Epcot!
Starting at the beginning of the year in early January is the Festival of the Arts. This is a shorter festival, only running a little over a month, but packs a lot in during that time! Between the artists booths, the food booths, and the various activities such as the figment scavenger hunt, you won’t be bored attending this festival!
Shortly after the Festival of the Arts wraps up, the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival begins. This runs from March until early July these days and is when Epcot is at it’s most beautiful! The food booths tend to focus more on fresh spring foods and have some absolutely delicious options. There are amazing topiaries all over Epcot, and there are some seminars on gardening you can attend, often for free!
In mid July the festivals change over again, and the Epcot International Food and Wine festival begins! This is often thought of as the biggest festival, although over the past three years it has actually had fewer offerings in activities than the others with the lack of special events it used to have. This festival is all about the food! There are so many food booths to taste your way around the world, and hopefully soon they’ll bring back the special events to bring this festival back to it’s former glory!
After the International Food and Wine Festival wraps up in early November, the last festival of the year begins, The Festival of the Holidays! This is the shortest festival, but has a ton of offerings! From food, to holiday activities, it’s worth a visit!
